Global Cultural Collaboration with Cultur FM x Mainland BlockParty

Mainland BlockParty, a flagship platform by Plug Global, partnered with Cultur FM as the operational force behind its expansion into Africa and key global markets, delivering end-to-end support across event curation, booking, fulfillment, and strategic advisory. We bridged international ambition with local realities, leading the successful launch of Cultur FM in Lagos through its first-ever African activation. From production and ticketing to promotion and bespoke brand design, we curated a premium experience that drew over 3,000 attendees — marking the festival’s largest single crowd since inception.

Central to this success was our ability to manage complex on-ground execution, including regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination, ensuring a seamless and friction-free rollout. By owning the full event journey, we positioned Cultur FM as a must-attend cultural touchpoint, uniting Afrobeats and Amapiano audiences while creating an authentic, high-energy experience that resonated deeply with the local scene.

Building on this momentum, Plug Global supported Cultur FM’s international growth by co-producing its first-ever “Battle of the DJs” event in London in August 2025, which attracted over 2,000 attendees in a sold-out showcase. With 100% fulfillment success across both markets, the collaboration established a powerful cultural exchange platform — exporting African energy to the global stage and solidifying Cultur FM’s position as a unifying force within the international music ecosystem.
